Cancellation Policy

After courses are scheduled, you may reschedule or cancel without concern up to 10 business days before the course date.

If you cancel or reschedule a registration within 10 to 5 business days of the course date, payment is due and payable at that time and will be held as a credit towards a re-scheduled date or a future course booking. Course credits are valid for 6 months from the date of the original class booking.

If you cancel a course registration within 4 business days of the class, payment is due and payable at that time and will be held as a credit towards a re-scheduled date or a future course booking. A 25% cancellation fee also is due.

Course credits are valid for 6 months from the date of the original class booking.

Post Training Support

All courses include Red Rocket's Free Post Training Support Program.

Students are provided with unlimited phone and e-mail support for issues concerning modules covered in their course. In addition to ongoing support, all students taking a public class are invited to attend the same class free of charge within one calendar year to refresh their skills.

Students will also have access to online tips specific to their courses and will be informed via e-mail when new tips are available that are relevant to their interests.
