After courses are scheduled, you may reschedule or cancel without concern up to 10 business days before the course date.

If you cancel or reschedule a registration within 10 to 5 business days of the course date, payment is due and payable at that time and will be held as a credit towards a re-scheduled date or a future course booking. Course credits are valid for 6 months from the date of the original class booking.

If you cancel a course registration within 4 business days of the class, payment is due and payable at that time and will be held as a credit towards a re-scheduled date or a future course booking. A 25% cancellation fee also is due.
